Parenting Guide

To get the most out of the children's meditations, it will be a nice idea to let the children listen to them in the background and allow them to chose which one they like in their own time. Don't try to introduce them all at once and if you start with the bed time meditation they can get used to the sound of my voice as they drift off to sleep. 

Always introduce a new meditation in a fun and relaxed way so they don't feel it's compulsory or hard work. Think about maybe enjoying the meditations together but before long you'll find the children are more than happy to do the meditations alone
